[How to use]
Measure in a stable and comfortable state.
Measure on a table where the cuff can be at the level of your heart.

Take a measurement position
(1) Place your elbows on a table, etc.
(2) Match the height of the sleeves and the heart.
※When the height changes, the blood pressure value changes.
(3) Relax with your palms facing up.

◆Measurement method (measured value/memory of measured value)
Operate when the battery is dead.
(1) Press the 'Measure/Stop' button.
After the indicator lights up all the way, the cuff automatically pressurizes and the measurement starts.
(2) Measurement ends when the measured value and pulse rate are displayed.
After the measurement is finished, the measurement result is automatically memorized.
The cuff will deflate automatically.
(3) Remove the blood pressure monitor from the arm and press the 'Measure/Stop' button to turn off the power.
Even if you forget to turn off the power, the auto-off function automatically turns off the power in about 1 minute.

Preservation precautions
Remove the cuff plug from the insertion hole of the body.
