Dilute this formulation two-fold with water and inject it into the rectum using an enema.
The injection amount is the amount of the solution after dilution and is as follows.

12 years and older: 30mL at a time
Ages 6 to 12: 20mL at a time
1 to 6 years old: 10mL at a time
Under 1 year old: 5mL at a time

Inject a single dose intrarectally, and if the effect is not seen with it, inject it again.
